Sales Representative US

Duties

The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying business opportunities and generating data intelligence, following established quality criteria. The ideal candidate should be an experienced sales professional who possesses excellent communication skills, active listening, the ability to manage objections, and a resilient mindset.

At Servicorp, we believe in rewarding our sales team for their hard work and dedication. That’s why we offer a robust compensation package that includes a base salary of $800 per month, and the opportunity to earn up to $2,000 in commissions based on performance.

Please note: Sales experience is A MUST for this position. We are not accepting applications from candidates with customer service/Tech Support experience alone.

Responsibilities

  1. Create leads of sales opportunities for leading companies in the field of technology.
  2. Conduct phone calls to potential customers to identify business opportunities and gather key information.
  3. Meet weekly metrics in phone calling, revenue, and quality. Parameters to be considered: call effectiveness, information gathering whilst documenting it, and product/solution knowledge.
  4. Generate data intelligence from all customers contacted, including those that did not qualify as opportunities.
  5. Manage objections effectively and provide solutions that meet customer needs.
  6. Identify decision makers, provide information on products/services to ultimately make appointments, as part of our demand generation services.
  7. Follow-up with the prospects to ensure the closing of the sale.

Minimum Requirements

  • Advanced English level (at least 90%).
  • Completed university studies in Business Administration, Marketing, Technology, or related fields.
  • Minimum 3 years of proven outbound sales experience, preferably in a call center environment, or a combination of at least 2 years in outbound sales and maximum of 1 year in inbound sales. Sales experience in the US Market (desirable).
  • Well-developed skill in the use of email, writing and typing.
